Hyma Industries situated at 7-73, Opp. Huda Truck Parking is started with a meager investment in 1989 by Mrs G. Durga Rani and Managed by Mr G. N. B. Chowdary. She has taken over the management in the year 1998. With the improved business and with the scope to increase the diversified products a Private limited company in the name of Hyma Plates & Vessels (P) Ltd. was incorporated in 2001 and obtained ISO Certification in April 2004. Later in 2012, the company name was changed to Sravan Industries Private Limited.

The company had developed various products like Stainless Steel Reactors, Eveporators, Storage Tanks, Hydrogenators etc.

It has its brand identification in welding technologies in materials like, Steels & Alloys, Stainless Stell & Alloys, Haste Alloys & Inconel, Aluminum & Alloys, Copper & Alloys, Titanium & Alloys etc.

The company had received two awards of Rastriya Ratan award issued by Governor, Karnataka at Bangalore, and Rastriya Prathibha by Ex. Governor, Smt Rama Devi, at Hyderabad in the year 2003. A news paper coverage was also published in The Indian Express on woman’s day.

The company has got its own assets, quality control instruments to cater to the needs of manufacturing.

The company has its after sales and service backed by competent Engineers. The works force is highly skilled and supported by highly experienced operating personnel.

Our Design Division will be the creative core of our company, focused on conceptualizing, refining, and optimizing designs for all products. By bringing design in-house, we can offer more tailored solutions that meet exact client specifications with the help of the latest CAD and CAM technologies to create detailed 3D models and simulate performance. This will lead to more efficient, high-quality designs with reduced development time.

Bringing these divisions under one roof will streamline our entire production process. The Design, Fabrication, Casting, and Machining divisions will work closely together, ensuring seamless communication and reducing inefficiencies. By controlling every step of the process, we can minimize errors, cut lead times, and improve product quality.

G. N. B. Chowdary

G. N. B. Chowdary is the founder of Hyma Plates and Vessels (P) Ltd., a company established in 2001 specializing in welding technology and precision engineering. With a strong entrepreneurial vision, he embarked on building the business alongside his wife, G. Durga Rani, by investing their personal savings. His expertise in welding technology, coupled with his deep understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, laid the foundation for the company’s long-term success. Under his leadership, Hyma Plates and Vessels grew to become a trusted name in its industry, offering high-quality solutions for various industrial applications. Chowdary’s strategic foresight and commitment to quality and innovation have played a pivotal role in the company’s sustained growth and success in a competitive market. G. N. B. Chowdary's leadership was marked by a deep understanding of the technical and operational aspects of welding and manufacturing, which allowed Hyma Plates and Vessels (P) Ltd. to innovate and adapt to evolving industry standards. His hands-on approach and relentless focus on customer satisfaction helped establish long-term partnerships with clients across diverse sectors, including oil and gas, construction, and manufacturing. Additionally, Chowdary's commitment to building a strong and skilled workforce has enabled the company to remain at the forefront of the industry.

G Durga Rani

Led by her determination, G Durga Rani established Hyma Plates and Vessels (P) Ltd — with hers and her husband’s savings — in 2001, specialising in welding technology. Starting off in a small way, the company now contributes to India’s development by providing equipment to the Department of Atomic Energy, the Nuclear Fuel Complex in Hyderabad, the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre and the Department of Purchases and Supplies. “We are proud to supply our customised engineering equipment to the most renowned and prestigious organisations in India, and indirectly contributing to the growth of our nation,” Durga Rani said. In fact, her very aim in establishing Hyma Plates and Vessels was to create greater opportunities and employment for the citizens of the country, to serve India better. Her entrepreneurial journey also reflects a deep sense of social responsibility. Beyond business success, Durga Rani is passionate about creating jobs and fostering skill development within her community. By providing employment opportunities and nurturing local talent, she has contributed to the broader socio-economic development of the region. Durga Rani's approach was always customer-centric, focusing on providing tailored solutions that addressed the unique needs of each client. She placed a strong emphasis on innovation, quality control, and timely delivery, which helped Hyma Plates and Vessels build a strong reputation for reliability and precision.

Y Sravan Kumar

A post-graduate in Engineering Design – Mechanical Engineering from a College in Coimbatore, an industrial town in Tamil Nadu known for its rich manufacturing heritage, with a deep-rooted passion for engineering and innovation, he brings over 10 years of experience in the design, development, and management of engineering projects. After completing a postgraduate degree in Engineering Design, he began his career in the engineering industry, working with leading firms where he honed his skills in product design, CAD modeling, and mechanical systems optimization. His leadership is defined by his commitment. He strongly believes in the importance of research and development, pushing the boundaries of engineering design to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Under his guidance, the company has also prioritized sustainability, incorporating eco-friendly practices into every aspect of design. His forward-thinking approach has not only positioned the company at the forefront of technological advancements but has also fostered a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams to consistently exceed industry standards.
